Consultancy
We work more as coaching consultants than traditional management consultants to create a distinct contribution based on perspective and experience. We seek to add value by developing thought and encouraging action in our client.
This approach means that the outcomes of our consultancy work tend to be long-lasting, relevant, innovative and supported by the client. It also means that we have given up on offering quick solutions, displaying how knowledgeable we are and unilaterally controlling the direction of events.
Consultancy work in the last twelve months includes:
- Identifying a deliverable strategic direction for an arts agency that had the support of all stakeholders
- Helping a middle-scale venue through a change process to place the customer at the organisation's heart
- Undertaking an organisational review of a flagship organisation with a view to improving the way in which the organisation is managed
